In-house figures are a loaded cost for one generalist (salary, benefits, payroll tax, training, and the monitoring and security licenses they still have to buy). They are not a salary survey. Break-fix has no monthly number worth printing because the expensive month is the one you did not budget. If you already have an IT person, that is a co-managed conversation, not a replace-or-nothing choice. Longer writeups: managed IT vs break-fix and which plan.
Straight answers before you book a call.
You choose a primary plan (Starter, Security+, or Complete) and pay a published per-user monthly rate for each managed user. Starter is $140, Security+ is $200, and Complete is $240 per user per month. Most new agreements land on Security+. Engagements have a $2,000 monthly floor and a minimum of 15 managed users. Final rates are confirmed for your agreement.

No. Standard agreements are a one-year term. Every agreement includes a written guarantee: if we fail to meet our commitments and the issue remains unresolved within 30 days of written notice, you may terminate without penalty.
Large projects, major migrations, and some after-hours or onsite work outside plan terms are scoped separately. The Service Catalog shows which line items are included, hourly, or plan-specific.
One mid-level hire in California, loaded with benefits, payroll tax, training, and the monitoring and security tools they still have to buy, commonly lands well above a 25-user Security+ plan at $5,000 a month. That hire is one person. Vacations, nights, and a real incident still have no bench. We are the desk, the monitoring, MDR, and the specialists behind the ticket, not a single resume.
A very small office with almost no cloud footprint and a high tolerance for downtime can live on hourly work for a while. The bill is quiet until something fails, then it is a surprise plus the outage. Once you have mail, file access, and a compliance questionnaire, paying only after it breaks is usually more expensive than it looks.
We will confirm plan and scope before anything is signed.
